Extera is the evolution of three companies with strong roots and rich histories in Cleveland. Warren Roofing®, founded more than 100 years ago, is a leading commercial roofing installation provider. In 1997, Total Roofing Services was established to focus on commercial roofing repair and maintenance. In 2017, Cleveland Building Restoration was founded to provide commercial masonry repair and historic restoration. In 2025, Mansuetto Roofing was acquired to provide specialized roofing design and application solutions for facilities with special problems and considerations.
